Details of San Silvestro Celebration: Join the festivities celebrating Silvestro, patron saint of the Sicilian village of Troina, a monk renowned for his generosity and miracles. Legend has it that Silvestro spent the last years of his life meditating and praying in a cave not far from the monastery where he was abbot.
