Welcome to Invest Sicily

Thank you for visiting us here at investsicily.com. This site is aimed at everything related to the islands of Sicily including general travel information and guides to the island for visitors and tourists; property, real estate and investment news; and a wide range of matters including the food, locals, lifestyle, events and anything worthy of mention.

Sicily is the largest Mediterranean island and home to the most active volcano with Mount Etna. Many who live on the Etna or around the Catania area in fact see the Etna as the mother of the island, the active and often moody but ever present member of the Italian family who keeps watch over them. In addition to the Etna, the islands has much to offer including some stunning beaches, unique Sicilian foods including the blood red oranges and the fresh fish, some delicious red wines and a wonderful history and way of life. The island is close geographical to Africa, the island of Malta and separated from mainland Italy but a part of Italy, as the football at the bottom of the boot of Italy as the island looks visually on a map.

The island with locations which include Palermo (and the Catacombs), Catania (with its famous fish market and close to the Etna), the stunning coastal town of Siracusa, Messina, Noto, Trapani and my favourite, the hilltop town of Taormina, means a wide choice of locations for different holiday and vacation types, according to your preferred style of holiday.

If you are interested in business, you can find more investment opportunities and also options for property investment across various locations around the island. Travelling onto Spainapin after Sicily? Make sure also to visit our sister site barcelona-culture.com for Barcelona.
